Companies are invited to become a sponsor at the $13,000 level for a table of 10 attendees and $6,500 for a table of 5 attendees. Individual tickets to the three-day seminar are available at $1300, including tax.

We also invite sponsorship of our luncheons during the event and companies interested in being a featured sponsor are encouraged to contact us by April 30, 2009.
